Dragons East - Winter Schedule at Oshawa Civic: Monday, Wednesday 400-530, Saturday 930-1100
Train in Courtice Area in Summer

Dragons West - Winter Schedule at Oshawa Civic: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday 630-830 meet upstairs in the pool viewing area (Saturday long run Ajax waterfront)
Train in Ajax, Pickering, Whitby locations in Summer

Dragons Sprints - Winter Schedule at Oshawa Civic: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday 630-830, Saturday 330-500pm and other times and locations depending on program.
Train in Pickering, Whitby locations in Summer

Dragons Hurdles - Winter Schedule at Oshawa Civic: Sunday 700-830

Dragons Cross-Country - Fall Training meet at South Parking Lot, Pickering HS 630-830 Tuesday, and Thursdays, Saturdays are competitions or trail runs or see Dragons East.
